Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is looking for new investors.

Tottenham released its financial statements for the 2022-2023 season on Wednesday. The club posted record revenue. Total revenue increased 24% from 2022, reaching a record high of £549.6 million ($93.7 billion).

Levy also unveiled a blueprint: “To capitalize on the club’s long-term potential, continue to invest in the team and deliver on future capital projects, we need to significantly increase the club’s assets. We are in discussions with potential investors through the club’s board of directors and advisory board.”

One of the potential investors is Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Chairman of Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), one of the largest financial capitals in Qatar. Sheikh Jassim has previously entered and withdrawn his bid for United.

“If Sheikh Jassim invests in Tottenham, the club could undergo a transformation that would strike fear into the hearts of the Premier League’s top teams,” the UK’s Express reported on Thursday.

At the top of the Express’ list of potential Spurs’ best 11 is Napoli’s Victor Osimhen. Osimhen re-signed with Napoli last December and set a ‘buyout’ clause.

He can be bought for a fee of £112 million.

According to the Express, this is a transfer fee that Sheikh Jassim would not be embarrassed by. Chelsea are also keen on Osimhen. But it’s not easy, 안전놀이터 추천 as they face a breach of the Revenue and Sustainability Regulations (PSR).

In the second line, Son Heung-min, James Maddison, and Connor Gallagher are the main options. Gallagher is a player that Tottenham targeted in the winter transfer window after signing him last summer. Gallagher’s contract with Chelsea ends next June. Spurs are planning to try again this summer to sign Gallagher.

The Express have Eves Bissouma and Rodrigo Bentancur in defensive midfield. In the back four, Pedro Foro, Micky van der Penne and Cristian Romero are joined by Bayern Munich’s Alfonso Davies in place of Destiny Udoji.

Davies is set to leave Bayern Munich after this season, and Real Madrid are keeping tabs on him. He’s a defender Tottenham could ‘hijack’ and Guglielmo Vicario is in goal.

If Tottenham can get Sheikh Jassim on board as an investor, they could not only win the English Premier League, but also the Champions League.
